- Champers breakfast on Christmas morning.
- Scrumptious Christmas Dinner.
- Packed lunch on Christmas & Boxing Day.
- Three nights in our cosy hostel on the banks of Loch Carron with amazing views!

Christmas Eve - Full of the Christmas Spirit we leave Edinburgh and head straight for the Highlands. First stop is Stirling and Braveheart Country (William Wallace, King Robert the Bruce and Rob Roy) - you'll hear all the history and legends, with plenty of walks and time off the bus. Then we wind through some of Scotland's finest glens, including Glen Garry, breathtaking Glencoe (hear about the massacre of the Clan MacDonald) and Glen Sheil. After stopping on the shores of Loch Duich for Eilean Donan Castle, we make our way home, a hostel exclusively ours for the next 3 nights!
Christmas Day - After waking up to a champers breakfast, we'll work up an appetite with some walks in the local area and enjoy a great seafood boat trip on Loch Carron. Great views, great company and a touch of Christmas magic make the perfect Christmas Day in the Highlands. This afternoon we'll enjoy a sumptuous Christmas Dinner (eat too much, drink too much and tell awfull Christmas Cracker jokes!) followed by a bit of fun and games and possibly a guest appearance from the big man himself ... !
Boxing Day - A full day exploring the magic of the Isle of Skye! With legends abound, we'll explore the Black Cuillin mountains, the Trotternish peninsula with the iconic the Old Man of Storr, Lealt Falls and the panoramic views of the Quiraing! Walks are plentiful and so are the fantastic island views!
27th December - Having made Stromeferry our home, we will pack up and say goodbye! Our first stop will be the infamous Loch Ness and see if Nessie is about! (Perhaps clear the head with a bit of a dip ...?!) Next we make an emotional visit to Culloden Battlefield to hear of the Jacobites last attempt to restore the Scottish Monarchy. After lunch, we'll have a walk at the gorgeous Falls of Bruar before making our way back to Edinburgh in time to catch trains, planes and buses ... alternatively stay an extra night in Edinburgh and enjoy one last night out!
For those who would like doubles or twins rooms, please get in touch! There are a limited number available on a first come first served basis.
