The Kitty system
Prices exclude all food and accommodation. A kitty system will be used in which each passenger on the morning of departure will put the full kitty amount in cash into a cash-box for the use of the group. The group will use a proportionate amount of funds to cater for all dietary requirements. Those with a more costly diet may have to subsidise their own special requirements if their proportion of the kitty will not cover the cost.
A person may not travel without paying the full kitty amount. No tour refunds will be given upon refusal to pay the kitty. The group will dispose of any remaining kitty funds democratically.
Company Cancellations and Refunds
The Company reserves the right to cancel any tour where the minimum number of passengers required is not reached. In such cases the limit of the Company's liability to the Customer is the return of any monies paid.
If the Wild in Scotland management decides to offer a discount to some customers, or last minute discount places, this does not affect the status of any customers who have previously paid the full price, and no discount will then become due to them.
If a customer(s) finds themselves alone in a twin bedded-room or double room, then any other customers who have paid a supplement for a single room or double room will not qualify for any discount.
Wild in Scotland accepts no liability for loss, damage, injury or illness, which may or may not be received while traveling with Wild In Scotland, or traveling to or from the Wild In Scotland tour. All customers are strongly recommended to have their own comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellation, medical expenses, personal accident, personal baggage, money and public liability any loss or injury, including repatriation if necessary, before you travel.
